First full day of taking PEO’, other wise known as Parent Essential Oils. From the limited research I have done so far, PEO’s are the best source of our daily intake of Omega 6 and Omega 3. “From the research” it is stated that the omega 3 in the ‘fish oil supplements’ that we are getting from the health food shops are what is known as ‘derivatives’ that means they are what is created after certain chemical reactions in the Body.
PEO’s are the ‘parents’ of these derivatives. When we take these “which you can take in supplement form, or actually be studious and take Sunflower oil, or east sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds” these NATURAL sources of the omega 6 undergo chemical reactions in the body and you end up with the ‘derivatives’. The whole process of going from Parent to Derivative is how the body actually gets what it needs from those PEO’s.
One thing to note though is that by increasing the ‘natural occurring’ Omega 6 Fatty acid, you MUST reduce to or eliminate all of the other ‘processed’ fatty acids that you are ingesting, otherwise you are wasting your time.
Anyway, I am doing this with 2 friends of mine to do my own research.
I have cut down my food intake of starchy carbs to virtually 0. I have maybe a cup of rice, or a 100g pasta per day, everything else is either protein or veggies or nuts. I am trying to successfully slim down to 12% body fat.
Theo the reason for this test is the use of PEO’s according to the research I am doing is supposed to increase your energy. So my 2 friends who are also reporting here have some energy issues. Nothing else is being changed in their diet or their lifestyle.
so, end of day 1.
For the last 3 days I have been basically falling asleep on the couch by about 3pm. Yesterday I started on the PEO’s 1 dose in the afternoon, then today I had my second. No flagging on the couch, had a kick ass arm workout, and feelin ok.
Well after a massive night last night of great indian food and a few bottles of red, i wake up at 7am this morning, and feel good. Back into the healthy food today with oatmeal for breakie and just had home made sushi for lunch.
Feeling a relatively good amount of energy on a day that is tipped to hit 30C again.
might right more later on tonight at the end of the day.
Feelin pretty good, just finished off a massive upper workout and still have energy to burn. i am feeling that I have more energy through out the day. I have basically cut out my carbs to 2 times a day, oats for breakfast and either rice/pasta for lunch, not after 1pm, although I still can’t get under this 84kg mark permanently.
Day 4. Well things are looking up energy wise, I seem to be able to keep all the energy I want through the day, and have enough to train as well. Tomorrow though starts the first of 2 workouts a day. Only way to get to 82kg is to work harder
as for the PEO’s, I am going to say they are doing something and the rest of the month will tell just how much.
I am feeling pretty great taking these PEO’s, i have not had any feelings of tiredness nor lack of energy. I trained like a bastard yesterday, legs are jelly, and today i trained my shoulders and chest just as hard, tomorrow i am gonna be sore. good thing I am doing a plyo session.
Both days I have been feeling still pretty energized. But I did actually work 2 jobs on thursday and friday. Both days up at 6am working job 1 till 3pm, home make food then up to brisbane for work until 11:30, then an hour drive home to coast. Still not seeing positive results from body fat perscentage loss, so I am going to be working on my diet. I am going to post my food daily just so anyone else who see’s it may see something I am doing wrong and correct it.
anyway, tomorrow will be the test on how I feel, with only 4 hours sleep for 2 nights in a row, we will see.
It has been a while since i have done PEO reporting and that is just due to me being a little lazy, and being flat out with work stuff.
I will report the same from the last 4 days as it hasn’t really changed.
I have been a little tired lately, finding that I am not combining enough different foods in my diet. This is leading to the lack of weight loss, I am going to assume that I am not getting all of the natural supplements that I require to ensure my body is still burning fat.
